These Terms of Use govern your participation in the Use My Track rewards platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use My Track (the “Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a gamified rewards platform that connects independent music artists with a community of music enthusiasts. Participants (“you”, “User”, “Listener”) engage with music releases by completing voluntary tasks and earn platform rewards in return.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. What Use My Track Is

Use My Track is a community-driven music discovery and promotion platform. We connect independent artists who want to promote their music with listeners who help discover and support new music releases. Through gamified tasks, listeners can engage with music while earning platform rewards.

When completing tasks on third-party platforms (Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others), you must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of those platforms. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your activity on these platforms.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.

4. Rewards System

4.1. Internal Currency (UMT)

For completing tasks, Users may receive UMT tokens — an internal virtual currency of the Use My Track platform. UMT tokens:

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1. Available Methods

Users may request withdrawal of accumulated monetary rewards through methods offered by the Platform, which currently include:

The Service may set minimum withdrawal thresholds for each payment method. Current thresholds are displayed within the Platform interface.

5.3. Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within reasonable timeframes. Standard processing may take from minutes to several business days depending on the payment method and volume of requests. The Platform may offer priority processing options using UMT tokens.

5.4. Verification

For security and compliance reasons, the Service may require additional verification before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to email confirmation, identity verification, or proof of activity legitimacy.

5.5. Network Fees

For cryptocurrency withdrawals, network (blockchain) fees may be deducted from the withdrawal amount or charged separately. The Platform will display applicable fees before withdrawal confirmation.

6. Tax Obligations

6.1. User's Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that may apply to monetary rewards or other benefits received through the Service, in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.

6.2. No Tax Withholding

The Service does not withhold taxes on rewards paid to Users. We do not act as your tax agent unless specifically required by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, the Service may provide tax-related documentation to Users or to relevant tax authorities. Users are responsible for using such information correctly in their personal tax filings.

9.1. Nature of UMT

UMT tokens are virtual reward units provided as part of the Use My Track Platform's gamification system. UMT tokens:

Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as financial, investment, or legal advice. Any future listing, airdrop, or other token-related events are entirely at the discretion of the Service and are not guaranteed.

10.1. Service Content

All content of the Service, including software, design, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Any content you create or post while completing tasks (such as TikTok videos featuring promoted tracks) remains your property. By creating such content, you grant the promoted artist and the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view and reference such content for verification purposes.

You retain all rights you have under the third-party platforms' terms of service.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The Service collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at usemytrack.com. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing.

14.1. By the Service

The Service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. The Service may terminate any User's account at its discretion for violations of these Terms or for any reason permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@usemytrack.com. Upon termination, any unwithdrawn monetary rewards above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out within a reasonable timeframe; UMT tokens accumulated up to that point will be forfeited unless otherwise specified.

The Service may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the Service will:

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 60 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DMCC Disputes Tribunal or the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), as applicable.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

17. Force Majeure

The Service shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet outages, third-party platform changes, or pandemics.

18. General Provisions

18.1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.2. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

18.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding your use of the Platform.

18.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Service. The Service may assign its rights and obligations at its discretion.
